She's from Faylinn originally. Her parents were charged for a pety crime there and got locked up. Blair was seven. She was left in the care of a family friend for a month before they set across to Everfall. In Everfall sat the Roux' a family well acquainted with the Arias. They took Blair in without a second thought. She has been here for twelve years now. She's into her late year of the teenage life. She works as a tavern maid, has control over her power (it's more of an enhanced instinct), and is living a quiet life. Oh and did i mention, she'd been a dragon rider for the last year? Yeah that's sort of important. Blair's power is to mimic physical actions. She see's you do it, and she can do it. There isn't much control on her part. She just lets it happen, but it can get her really irritated and tired. And at 18 she found the egg and nursed it. Blair is a feisty little thing. She looks completely delicate and vulnerable, but she isn't. She isn't for the most part. Blair can hold her own. She is independent and determine, like you have no idea. Independance comes her lack of imidiate family and determination is her mind trying to learn everything her body really can't learn in her lifespan or with her energy. It leaves her tired and sometimes with low patience. She also has a temper and that usually begins the fire. She is really actually polite and flirtatious at work, to bring in customers, but step out of line and she'll be stepping on you. She doesn't take crap from anyone and holds her ground. She can become a smart ass, but she tries to refrain from it. She is good hearted, always helping those who are down and very loyal to those she trusts, which are not many. She's only childish with her dragon Rowan.
