Dra'Ira is the seat of Ethirian power. The skies surrounding the black city are perpetually dark, as though an eternal storm is hovering just over their walls. A massive obsidian tower, home to the Ba'al family, can be seen for miles around and dominates the desert skyline. Most of the desert-dwelling tribes do not venture here, as they know that behind the ominous gates of Dra'Ira, lies only slavery and torment.
